- guidance to build systems that support ongoing DODD compliance
Ongoing Reviews
Provides ongoing focused compliance reviews to help your agency maintain strong systems and stay on track over time.
DODD Requirements
Reviews personnel files and helps HR strengthen compliant onboarding systems aligned with DODD requirements, including training support as needed.
Review Health-Related Documentation
Reviews medical and health-related documentation, including:
- MARs
- medical orders
- physician visit requirements
- IST training
- nursing delegation paperwork
Review Financial Documentation
Reviews financial and individual funds documentation, including:
- financial ledgers
- monthly reconciliations
- reconciliation support by the agency or The Academy, as requested
Reviews ISP Compliance
Reviews ISP compliance and related documentation, including behavior support documentation when applicable.
Prepare for State and County Audits
Helps your agency prepare for state and county audits by:
- developing and monitoring Plans of Correction
- providing support before, during, and after reviews
- attending reviews, if requested
Supports Incident Management Compliance
Supports incident management compliance by, if desired:
- maintaining monthly UI logs
- reviewing MUI/UI reports for accuracy and compliance
- assisting with incident review, prevention planning, and related training
- completing the MUI annual report
Inform About Changes and Expectations
Keeps your agency informed of important DODD rule changes and explains new compliance expectations.
Provides On-call and After-hours Support
Provides on-call and after-hours support for urgent compliance needs for the compliance officer, with additional fees possible for excessive use.
Tracks Certifications & Deadlines
Tracks mandatory staff certifications and training deadlines, if desired, and reports upcoming due dates at 90-, 60-, and 30-day intervals.
