How It Works:

Our bound workbooks provide a structured framework for ongoing coaching and mentoring conversations. Each topic area includes separate workbooks for each participant (coach and mentee) designed for collaborative learning during mentor meetings.

We offer two distinct levels of workbooks:

• Level 1: Supervisory Coach with the Frontline Employee: Designed to guide frontline supervisors in coaching and mentoring their DSP team members.
• Level 2: Program Director/DOO with Frontline Supervisor: Equips senior supervisors, program directors, or directors of operations to coach and mentor frontline supervisors, ensuring consistent leadership and support.
